Senior Web Developer - Administrator - (Dearborn) in Detroit, Michigan For Sale

MSX International is currently seeking a Senior Web Developer - Administrator. The Salesforce.com System Administrator/Force.com Developer will be part of a two-person team to administer our global salesforce application. The Administrator/Developer will design and build process automation solutions; primarily using the declarative functionality (eg objects, fields, security, workflows, process builder, flows, analytics, data loader) and secondarily using the Force.com Developer toolkit when required (eg Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool and Web Services & Metadata APIs). The successful candidate’s primary roles and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Global development and support analyst (System Administrator for Salesforce.com application) Interface with Global Sales Operations and Marketing to develop process automation functionality Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality business solutions based on business needs as well as industry best practices Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality , declaratively and with code (when needed), to meet business challenges Provide direct one-to-one end-user support Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (eg create accounts/profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards) Prepare communications, procedures, training materials and conduct user forum training sessions as required Work with internal IT partners to support and maintain data interfaces and integration Research and keep current on force.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective Proficient and knowledgeable of the Salesforce.com platform; including Lightning, Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, Flow Proficient in using Salesforce.com point-and-click capabilities Proficient with Salesforce.com security (profiles, permissions, sharing rules) Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, to collaborate with non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (eg face-to-face, conference calls) Ability to take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking At least two years of Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience Desired Skills Experience with Salesforce.com Data Loader tool Experience with Salesforce for Outlook Experience with Salesforce1 mobile app Ability to work in white space Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Advanced Developer Required Education Salesforce.com Certified Administrator Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer Salesforce.com Certified Platform App Builder
