Responsibilities
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
This position will provide senior level consulting expertise in Market Intelligence Analytics in support of enterprise:wide corporate strategic initiatives. The position will act a lead for other Market Intelligence Analytics team members. Responsible for coordinating all internal focused market intelligence analytic activities to produce reports related to the development of new concepts, ideas, products and services and Market Intelligence initiatives Analyzing internal market intelligence data in support of product management and other corporate initiatives including product portfolio analysis, forecasting, financial statement analysis. Provide consistent and highly sophisticated analytical support for all initiatives in the Product Management and Market Intelligence department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with Vice President and Directors in Product Management and Market Intelligence as well as other HAP leadership to identify business opportunities.
* Execute analysis to thoroughly understand the product portfolio. Support the creation of recommendations and the availability and accessibility of internal market intelligence.
* Provide qualitative and quantitative research used to evaluate market conditions and new product initiatives. Optimize the product portfolio for meeting market needs, gaining competitive advantage, accounting for political, economic, social and technological environment. Simultaneously managing return on investment and monitor performance.
* Lead and coordinate product Management and Market Intelligence initiatives guiding multiple resources to design and execute reports which draw upon multiple data sources, identify growth opportunities, competitor offerings and product performance.
* Communicate insights, conclusions, and recommendations drawn from analysis in both written report and verbal presentation form, to direct business decision making.
* Identify potential product adjustments, additions and deletions based on market intelligence and support the product management lifecycle through analyzing product membership and performance.
* Administer membership forecasts as well as develop, document and report sales forecasts for planning activities including membership growth and retention in both new areas for expansion and current service area.
* Fulfill work requests and complete deliverables in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. Work collaboratively with team members.
