Position Requirements:
Potential candidates must have a strong technical background and excellent customer facing skills. Candidates must have exceptional troubleshooting skills such as deciphering technical issues, hardware issues, server configuration conflicts, windows troubleshooting and networking. Position responsibilities include project engineering, project deployment, sales engineering, and troubleshooting all platforms.
Required Skills and Experience
:
10+ years in IT administration
:
Microsoft MCTS or MCITP Certification
:
Cisco CCNA, Adtran ATSA and/or Sonic Wall CCSA Certifications
:
Advanced configuration and management of Microsoft Server xxxx and MS Exchange Server xxxx
:
Advanced Switching and Routing, including VLANs and QoS
:
Network infrastructure experience (e.g. switches, routers, firewalls)
:
Software application installation, testing, architecture
:
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, AD, Group Policy
:
System hardware troubleshooting experience
:
Office 365 certification and experience
:
Experience with VMware or other virtualization platform
Additional Desired Skills and Experience
:
Degree in Computer Science or similar
:
Microsoft Skype for Business or Azure certification and experience
:
Programming / Scripting (Powershell, VBScript)
:
Experience with Citrix or VMware administration
:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, VSTFS
