Responsibilities o Capture requirements and tasks for multiple projects. o Work closely with technical leads to gather requirements and timelines for multiple projects. o Develop MS project plans for infrastructure projects. o Assist in the creation and support of the IPMO. o Effectively communicate project expectations to team leads. o Liaise with other project managers on an ongoing basis. o Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. o Identify personnel requirements for project completion. o Set and continually manage project expectations with team members. o Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. o Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. o Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. o Track project milestones and deliverables. o Deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. o Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. o Coach, mentor, motivate and support project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. o Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
