Development and implementation of creative cost-effective solutions to technical, performance, quality and durability problems discovered during development of new products Support customer Product Development Teams (PDT's) to address open issues Effectively communicate with team members in Mahle Behr facilities worldwide and with external customers Create and present engineering data and project status updates to internal and customer management Support internal teams with on-going development of new programs to meet customer requirementsImpress us - with your professional and personal skills. Bachelors degree in Engineering (BSME or MSME preferred) 1 year or more experience in automotive product development, HVAC module development a plus Experience with General Motors and/or Ford development and product release processes preferred Thorough understanding of customer expectations from a product development standpoint Thorough understanding of thermodynamics theory as it applies to automotive refrigerant and coolant loops Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization We offer you excellent opportunities for growth and development, tailored specifically for you.
