Work You&#xxxx;ll Do
Lead team in providing Oracle consulting services to clients in the financial services industry. Manage the implementation of Oracle Financials, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, G/L, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, Treasury, iExpense, supply chain management and manufacturing, and Warehouse Management (WMS). Define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, test, and define support procedures; and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Define project scope and objectives. Manage team defining and configuring setups in modules, including Federal Financials, G/L, A/R, A/P, C/M, and Accounting Hub. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Oversee team in performing fit gap analysis and designing custom objects using PL/SQL and Oracle to build Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE) objects, and workflow customizations for finance related processes. Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis. Manage team as they participate in pilot sessions to test business scenarios and functionalities of applications, complete end user documentation, and receive final sign-offs from users. Manage the gathering of business requirements by conducting workshops and review sessions to provide customized solutions integrated with Oracle eBusiness Suite. Guide the building of solution designs and defining and configuring of setups for clients in Oracle eBusiness Suite Finance Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting, A/R, A/P, G/L, and C/M modules. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Oversee team triaging issues arising during data conversion activities and unit testing by coordinating with subject matter experts and IT teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent inEngineering (any), Computer Science, MISor a related field.
Fiveyearsof experienceproviding Oracle consulting services to clients in the financial services industry on behalf of a global consulting company.
Must havefiveyearsof experience with:
Defining and configuring setups in modules, including Federal Financials, G/L, A/R, A/P, C/M, and Accounting Hub;
Performing fit gap analysis and designing custom objects using PL/SQL and Oracle to build Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE) objects, and workflow customizations for finance related processes;
Participating in pilot sessions to test business scenarios and functionalities of applications, complete end user documentation, and receive final sign-offs from users;
Gathering business requirements by conducting workshops and review sessions to provide customized solutions integrated with Oracle eBusiness Suite;
Building solution designs and defining and configuring setups for clients in Oracle eBusiness Suite Finance Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting, A/R, A/P, G/L, and C/M modules;and

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.
80% travel required.
