Position Duties Research and analyze training needs. Work with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and key milestones. Plan, design, and develop job and technical training materials for field sales, dealer credit, dealerships, and other stakeholders. Provide subject matter expertise on a broad range of sales and business practices for course enhancement and new course development. Coordinate and lead training project activities and tasks. Evaluate and improve training materials and courses. Support procedure and communication development. Complete instructional design reviews of training materials. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s Degree. 3+ years of experience in a training role/capacity. 1+ years of experience with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Captivate, HTML5 or similar programs strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Master s Degree in Instructional Design. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. A good understanding of financial services products, wholesale, dealer credit, and dealership operations. Able to work well in a team environment.
