Job Description:/h3:
Enhances delivery for Acxiom clients / prospects by providing expertise and guidance on client data, industry norms, business rules, regulatory environment, best practices, design and implementation of applications and processes to support solutions and/or vendor landscape. Owns these processes as well. Viewed as an expert in understanding clients business needs in context to Acxiom campaign and/or business intelligence solution capabilities.
What you will do:
:Participate in consulting with clients on server solution deployments and system integration; including installation, configuration, testing and implementation
:Participate in the Pre:Sales, Level of Effort / Scoping and Implementation processes for those services specific to campaign and/or business intelligence delivery
:Apply industry knowledge and subject matter expertise of clients business needs to marketing campaign specifications of complex nature and road maps for solution enhancements
:Advise clients on solution modifications; initiates solution/campaign changes
:Drive practical innovation in solution delivery while keeping all affected parties informed
:Scope includes multiple clients or client with multiple Lines of Business
What you will need:
:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree
:Solid SQL, UNIX and relational database knowledge
:Manage multiple projects concurrently
:Meet multiple deadlines in a high stress environment
:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
:Experience in database marketing or direct marketing
:Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and to manage conflict
:Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with associates and clients
:Experience with 3rd Party Campaign / Business Intelligence Tools
:Experience with tool and process implementation
