Nordic Track EXP1000 Treadmill in Detroit, Michigan For Sale

I'm selling my Nordic Track treadmill to make some room in my basement. It is in excellent condition and folds up for storage when not in use.
It has multiple speed settings and inclines from 1% to 10%. This model also has many pre-loaded workout programs as well as the ability to let you create your own.
It comes with the original user manual and 2 safety keys. A few of the features are a place for your water bottle, a holder for your hand weights and a book/magazine rack.
I'm asking $375 but am willing to budge on the price some.
