Coach, educate and train select Investor Center and Regional Center reps to acquire/retain assets and deepen client relationships through brokerage offeringImpact brokerage customer and prospect experience via wholesaling, rep-coaching, joint client appointmentsFacilitate consistent use of Fidelity s sales processes and Practice Management skill sets to drive organic book-growthAssist in rep understanding of and uses for all brokerage service modelsPartner with branch functional leads to assist in providing timely and relevant updates on promotions, enhancements and changes within the brokerage and fixed income offering to Investor Center associatesServe as Brokerage liaison to various internal business partners (RPC s, RTC s, TEM, Fidelity Capital Markets, Product Groups, HNW Bond Desk, Active Trader Services/Sales, Prime Brokerage etc).Conduct joint appointments with HNW and complex clients/prospects to drive relationships, acquisition and retentionAttend and present at Traders Summits, Expos and Money Shows to grow awareness of Fidelity s Brokerage offering, generate leads and impact acquisition/retention. The RBC may also conduct national webinars on Fidelity s brokerage offering.Qualifications Education and Experience:Demonstrated sales experience and proven sales successMinimum 10+ years of financial services experienceExperience utilizing and customizing trading platforms, backtesting platforms and trading strategiesExperience with individual fixed income, capital markets and interest rate environments preferred.Series 7, 63 Skills and Knowledge:Ability to coach others on effective selling strategies and tactics as they relate to the brokerage businessSignificant sales experience and presentation skills requiredStrong market knowledge with focus on equities, fixed income, ETF s, technical analysis, options and market mechanicsAbility to execute national brokerage initiatives and collaborate effectively with myriad business partners.Ability to leverage relationships with regional business partners (Market Managers, BOM s, RPC s, RTC s) to support national business plan initiatives.Specific knowledge of products/tools/services and current distribution systemsAbility to work independently and autonomously without direct supervisionAbility to create and facilitate team meetings and group trainingsAbility to drive accountability with associates while facilitating "best practice sharing" and dialogueCapable of influencing and motivating others while providing leadership and directionStrong organizational, interpersonal and written/phone-based communication skills
