The Brand Manager manages the following disciplines within the Company marketing organization:Product Brand Marketing Establish and maintain strategy for product brand(s) across multiple channels. Ensure connectivity with corporate strategy, compliance with brand standards and that the brand promise is faithfully maintained. Develop & manage brand plans to align with corporate and business unit objectives. Work with Product Management teams to develop initiatives for new innovation, line extensions and cross brand initiatives compliant with brand strategy and business unit objectives. Develop communication strategies to deliver brand promise to target audience. Manage creative and media agencies to execute on brand plans. Manage brand budget(s) Work with sales teams on customer / brand specific marketing needs Monitor performance of brand(s) vs competitorsREQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand strategy, or brand planning via an agency or consumer/brand-driven company Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team. Portfolio of original and breakthrough work Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and familiarity with industry research sources. Self-driven, fearless interest and curiosity in new and established communication methods, technology and markets, along with a healthy disrespect for the impossible. Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment on multiple projects.
