I am Adam. I am currently living in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with a student from Oakland University. The place is decently spacious with a nice living room, stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher included in the kitchen. Plenty of parking right outside the unit which is in a one storey building with 3 other units, so making noise or hearing noise from other tenants is not really an issue. Rent is $550 a month which includes all utilities. Electricity, heat(a/c), water, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Internet is the only thing you'd have to pay for but all the other costs being covered in the rent might help there. The place is great for an Oakland student; only about 3 minutes away from OU. Walking distance to the village with grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. Only about 5 minutes from downtown Rochester. My roommate/your potential roommate, Ray, is a great guy. He's 20 years old, is very focused on his goals and stays pretty busy, but he is down to earth and easy to get along with. He has definitely been a friend to me. My only real reason for leaving the place is that some great job opportunities are presenting themselves closer to the city, so I'd like to live nearer to where I might chase some of my goals.
