I'm looking to move by 15 June xxxx. I am aiming for short-term leasing, but if the situation is right, I might be interested in signing up for longer (1 year) term. I travel light. No furniture at first, and a few clothes. I'd prefer the room be furnished, but I can work with just about anything. I would like there to be laundry facilities on the premises, but it's not mandatory. Only lack of A/C is a dealbreaker. I'm available 24/7 -- call, text or any time.
