Hi there, I have bedrooms for rent in my three bedroom house in a very nice subdivision of Clinton Township. I just purchased the place myself and I'll be moving in this weekend. I will occupy one bedroom upstairs and possibly use another as an office which leaves one bedroom on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement available. Washer, dryer, off street parking, possible garage parking, large living room + half bath in basement and brand new Central Air and Furnace units. All utilities will be split. I will have a Wifi internet connection that I will also pay for. I'm a 23 year old male that is easy going, a recent college grad, and now a high school teacher. Must be able to verify income.
