Job Description:
Looking for an opportunity in a face pace and fun leasing office? Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for you to join our team in Dayton.
Job duties are but not limited to: Showing and renting apartments, Providing excellent customer service to current residents, Greeting existing and potential residents, Qualifying applicants, Marketing in the community, Handling resident issues, Preparation of lease paperwork, Follow up with phone calls and emails to potential residents, Posting to Craigslist, Running resident activities, and Assisting the Resident Community Manager with various other duties.
Job requirements: Qualified candidates should possess at least1 year of experienceleasingapartmentwith an emphasis on sales or customer service experience. Must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills,able to manage multiple tasks with little direction and have ability to travel 50 of the time.
