Service Agent Self Review and Field Action System Administrator-SALxxxx176 Service Agent Self Review and Field Action System Administrator As the SASR and Field Action Administrator SME your job will include overall responsibility for system function, maintenance and enhancements at a global level. The SASR process places dealers into observation periods for out of line warranty conditions. The position will require working with Global business leadership to train and launch the Service Agent Self Review process. Active monitoring monthly reports and system status while taking input from multiple groups to make decisions. The ability to present to all levels of management and to provide leadership, updates and direction to a group is a must. Candidate will be the SME on the SASR process, calculations relating to vehicle warranty expense comparison, and validate the system is functioning as designed. Field Actions must be monitored to determine areas of potential issues and address as necessary with IBM and Global management. Work with the FPE, GM Recall Information Systems team and various groups worldwide to launch Field Actions, make system enhancements and problem solve issues as they arise.
