Creates and implements the strategy to accomplish the goals and objectives in mid-term business plan by efficiently and effectively directing staff and global resources.Sales Manager Primary Functions: Understand and demonstrate company values and expected behaviors. Lead by example and monitor employees to ensure they demonstrate values and expected behaviors. Take quick action to analyze and resolve department issues & risks and create tentative and permanent countermeasures to prevent the same issues from reoccurring. Propose significant improvements within his/her function to improve the efficiency of the department. Plan the development of employees within the business unit to equip them with the skills needed to carry out department objectives. Utilize the talents and strengths of the employees including new hiring of the department with efficiency to achieve constant improvement internally and externally in support of upper management mission and values. Set the department goal/objective & strategy with mid-term business plan with growth concept rom global Alps perspective and execute it effectively with all team member. Set fiscal year sales budget and GTB/CTB projection with overall job performance and efficiency gain concept and lead the execution for the accomplishment. Oversee the pro-active pre-GTB/CTB approach and manage a whole GTB/CTB process thru. G-GTB 2.0 system. Lead to monitor market trend & business environment including key technology trend, customer's market position and new business requirement. Benchmark the company's market position in the competition and identify major competitive threat in the business to maintain and gain the competitiveness. Maintain and foster the business partnership with customer in their broad range of function. Lead account manager to settle the broad range of business issues including SCM, Quality and contractual issues within their responsibility. Lead the other global team to execute an overall global account strategy for the customer.
