Were seeking a full time team player to lead the office in organization and rent out our properties Real Estate Experience and Sales License IS A MAJOR PLUS **SECTION 8 EXPERIENCE PREFERRED** HIRING IMMEDIATELY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESo Manage sales for all properties including but not limited to showing properties, confirming viewings, etc.o Follow up with leads for current rentals and lease:to:ownso Administering all DTE blocks and services and coordinate with appropriate parties and companies in coordination with office manager.o Updating and maintaining advertising sites such as, Craigslist, YouTube with appropriate content in coordination with office managero Completing and recording tenants rental applications ensuring application accuracyo Assembling and maintain Section 8 Move In packets including but not limited to all follow ups, documenting, etc.o Schedule and coordinate inspections with all affiliated partieso Communicate and coordinate with appropriate housing agencieso Collecting properties application fees, deposits, and paymentso Maintenance Coordination: ensure showing confirmations, work orders, inspections SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- An ability to work well in a team environment, take initiative, work independently, and communicate effectively with all levels.- Must possess customer service skills, computer skills, and general communication skills- Tech:friendly and experienced in MS Office suite, including Excel Skills- Capable of handling sensitive information in a confidential manner- Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.- Understand and follow company rules and regulations.- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
