Established International Real Estate Brokerage seeks Sales and Marketing Professionals to join their International Investment Sales division. We are looking for Investment Real Estate Consultants to work from anywhere and actively and aggressively seek out property sales opportunities for investment property buyers in the ultra hot Detroit market. You will create and develop relationships with active international investors and owners interested in investment properties, such as residential income property, multifamily, and apartment buildings. The candidate should have strong communication skills as there will be constant interaction via telephone, Skype, email, and in person meetings. The Position:As an Investment Real Estate Consultant focused on the Detroit market, you will join a seasoned and experienced team of real estate brokers. Main job functions include sourcing deals and working directly with potential buyers and investors. Combined with our dedicated support staff and industry tools, we are a dynamic platform to advance your career. A candidate will have access to seasoned senior brokers for coaching, but is expected to be able to work independently. Due to the nature of the position, the candidate may work virtually from anywhere on earth. As with many real estate sales positions, compensation is based exclusively on results, and is commission only.
