Position Description: The integral services rendered by the Real Estate DevelopmentProject Manager are strategic to our goals to diversify our presence indistinct residential multi-family and commercial property markets throughoutthe United States. The Real Estate Development Project Manager will operate outof the Michigan Corporate Offices and report to one or more of ourpartners. Education and Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university preferred; A minimum of 10 years of experience in the multi-family and/or commercial real property sectors; Highly proficient in using AutoCAD software Demonstrated knowledge of the development, engineering and construction processes for residential multi-family and commercial properties; Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects/tasks Ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members from all levels of the corporation; Superb quantitative and analytical skills; and Associations with professional real estate organizations.
