This is an incentive based compensation position that recognizes and rewards highly motivated, successful sales professionals. It requires calling on prospective customers and identifying new business opportunities. Through acquisition/ solutions based selling, our new team member will analyze customer needs, identify and customize strategic real estate solutions to win accounts, negotiate transactions and close deals. The principal role of this position is to build a revenue generating sales pipeline, which will primarily consist of prospective accounts as well as assisting Jones Lang LaSalles established client base. Successful candidates will work within a team environment to maintain and grow accounts. It requires the ability to identify the decision maker as well as effectively build and manage a sales funnel. As a professional consultant, this team member will work side by side with decision makers to analyze real estate needs and make recommendations and present solutions that will benefit the customer. Qualifications Strong consideration will be given to candidates who possess: ? A minimum of 5 years proven real estate sales experience; a focus on strategic selling ? Ability to work through transactions with assistance from senior team members ? Ability to Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers responsible for real estate decisions ? Ability to effectively manage and build a sales funnel ? Strong professional presence and demonstrated ability to present to and close decision makers ? Experience developing and selling complex value propositions ? Experience working on proposal teams in development of strategic framework for complex solutions ? Strong research skills and ability to learn multiple product sets of complex service offerings ? Integrity and outstanding judgment in all business matters ? Interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility ?
