Oversee all facets of property operations to achieve financial goals and ownership objectives while adhering to all company policies, applicable laws and ordinances including Fair Housing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices Handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the deal, process all lease applications verifications and notify prospective residents of their application status Schedule, coordinate and supervise all staff Implement property operating budget. Maintain and control property income and expenses. Complete required weekly, monthly and annual reports. Oversee rent collection ensuring all rents and fees are billed and collected as well as making daily bank deposits.
