Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: Property Advisor
Property Advisors will report to the Director of Sales and have all leads provided as well as a generous base salary and Bonus Pay. Looking for candidates who have great interpersonal and communication skills to generate real estate sales from our various lead sources. Sale is made in a call center. Must have the ability to meet minimum production requirements. Must be able to work with and apply basic mathematical concepts such as yield, percentages, down-payment amounts, etc. Ability to analyze various economic data in regards to single family homes, multi-family homes, new construction, and other real estate related concepts. Ability to establish relationships with potential clients and be able to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
Making and taking client calls in central call center
Great communicator with all forms of communication
Strong negotiation and time management skills
Hit and exceed production goals
Prepare and present clients about real estate markets, trends, economic indicators, strategies and the landscape of competitive products available, to individual investors.
Past Experience:
Proven sales ability or history of success
Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Significant knowledge of and experience with real estate marketing, real estate sales, real estate closings, title policies and title resolution .
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication
Competencies:
Ability to obtain real estate license
Bachelor s degree(B.A.) from four-year College or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives.
Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic Excel, Word, and computer skills
Ability to hit deadlines.

Base Salary + Commission
