Job Description
Seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee our real estate maintenance and property management teams. This position will communicate with company contractors and insure all projects are completed on time and held to our high quality standard. Must have previous experience Project management construction/real estate with a focus on construction rehabilitation
Skills Required:
Property maintenance
Property inspections
Organizational skills
Multi-tasking skills
Conduct and formulate presale rehab budgets
Will work primarily in the field
A project manager is responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion
Will have to select contractors, and creating a working schedule and budget
Scheduling contractors, processing change orders, and managing progress payments.
