Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency is working to empower low-income people and strengthen communities through diverse services, leadership and collaboration.
Wayne Metro, in partnership with Gibraltar and select other cities in Wayne County, is offering a forgivable loan to use toward down payment or closing costs for a home purchase.
There are income limits, and the buyer will have to participate with $xxxx or 3% of the purchase price (whichever is greater) as well as attend a HUD approved Homebuyer Seminar.
