My name is Tom, and I buy homes in the metro detroit area. (No I'm not an Realtor) If your a homeowner thinking of selling yr home FSBO or even listing it with an agent, "STOP" ? maybe I can help... Most of the time the reason why people sell their home FSBO is because of usually 1 of 5 reasons..
1) Their upside down with their mortgage. (They owe more than its worth)
2) They have little or no equity and they cant afford to pay a Realtor, or
 3) They dont want to pay a commission, or
 4) Its free and clear and their willing to seller finance or
  5) Their a landlord and their tired of it and ready to throw in the towel!.
