HRU, Inc. has teamed with a global automotive manufacturer to find Facilities Management Representative for their Warren, MI location. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and facilities management in the manufacturing industry.This is not a maintenance management position. PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION: The Lead Facility Management Representative (FMR) will be the single point" of accountability for all tenant and building activities at the site. The LFMR will manage tenant requirements and coordinate service delivery to ensure tenant satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Liaison for building operations, tenant organization and FM organization, internal and external service providers. Interface with Property Manager (knowledgeable of lease terms and coordinate lease operations with the building owner, property manager, and real estate. Conduct regular informational tenant meetings, regular attendance at tenants staff meetings for future planning purposes of the GM organization. Environmental activity, health and safety activity, security, real estate, emergency response plan, new tenant orientation. Single point of accountability for the efficient and timely execution of common processes. Oversee the implementation and management of common process initiatives Collect and analyze data from sources including Help Desk reports, customer satisfaction surveys, monthly Report on Expenses (ROE), square footage occupied and available, density ratios, etc. Initiates and evaluates cost studies Participate in Process Risk Management (PRM) process and assist in resolution of all compliance issues. Provide additional Campus communications/material including site activities such as, facility improvements, events, concerns, and web blogs Perform Data / business analysis and reports
