The escrow team is growing here at Quicken Loans. As a service to our clients, we escrow for home owner''s insurance, property tax, private mortgage insurance and other related escrow matters. Here in escrow servicing, we are responsible for the daily issues associated with the client escrow accounts attached to serviced loans. Our goal is to process daily work timely and accurately; identifying and correcting any set up errors while resolving any client concerns related to the escrow as quickly as possible. Responsibilities: - Payment Processing - Payment of taxes to avoid incurring any interest or penalties - Payment of home owners insurance which includes: hazard, flood and wind - Payment of private mortgage insurance: MI or PMI - Calculating tax penalties related to closing errors - Distributing mail to team members - Processing insurance claims related to home owner''s insurance losses - Analyzing escrow sufficiency to make sure we''ve collected sufficient funds to make the required payments - Assisting fellow team members when time allows Requirements: - Attention to accuracy. Working with numbers, we make use of your strong Excel skills - Abilityto create and use Excel spreadsheets while mastering V- Lookup and Pivot tables to manage the data collected - Client-centered focus. We put the client first with a high sense of urgency - Ability to work independently. You must have the talent of excellent listening, organizational and communication skills - Ability to adapt.
