Critical Success Factors / Key Performance Indicators The success of a person in this position will be shown by the following: - New business acquired through lead generation activity, for the team as a whole and for this person individually - Revenue billed (following through on the new business, for the team as a whole and for this person individually - Effective management of individual engagements, communication with team on the engagements of the firm as a whole, and process improvements for handling engagements - Development progress of select junior-level staff Key Responsibilities - Oversee, lead, manage, and perform engagements that may include real estate assessment review and appeals, personal property compliance, asset inventory, tagging and reconciliation, audit defense and tax abatements and incentives. - Creatively and efficiently maximize a client's real and personal property tax savings by providing custom strategies using in-house processes. - Strategically interact with clients and other team members in the execution of various services throughout the United States. - Successfully manage multiple engagements simultaneously through to completion. Strong time management and project management skills will be crucial in this role. - Participate in driving new business development activities. - Effectively communicate with management, team members and clients through all phases of engagement. - Supervise, manage and train other team members with less experience. Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Qualifications --5+ years of experience in property tax compliance and consulting --Minimum of an undergraduate degree in business or related field --Demonstrated track record in the same or similar business. --Strong project and time management experience is critical. --People management experience is desired.
