Commercial Property Accountant-Growing CompanyOur client a booming commercial property management company in the business district of Detroit is in need of a staff accountant due to growth. This position has responsibility for the preparation of monthly financial statements for commercial properties. Responsible for accurate processing of cash receipts such as rent (accounts receivable) and cash disbursements such as vendor payments (accounts payable) as well as other transactions.Additional InformationLocation: DETROIT, MIJob ID: xxxx0-xxxx28Experience: Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years working as a property accountant. Commercial property accounting experience is preferred. Candidates who have Yardi software experience or similar would be preferred.
