What You''ll Do:
Every day our Closing Coordinators:
- Work with appropriate teams to coordinate and schedule closings
- Maintain a closing queue and a closing request email box
- Assign closings to specified closers/vendors
- Ensure that closers are assigned for all closings
- Ensure closings take place as scheduled
- Resolve signing issues
- Act as a liaison between Title Source, subscriber, and client
- Take phone calls regarding closing and scheduling questions
- Receive closing packages, review specific information, and attach to our system
- Work with lenders to obtain closing packages in advance of the closing
What You''ll Need:
- Title, mortgage, and/or real estate experience preferred
- Flexible to work 50 - 55 hours a week including evening and rotating Saturday shifts
- Experience in an office environment with knowledge of basic office equipment (phone, fax, and copy machine)
- Ability to learn new company specific software programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience researching problems and finding solutions
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented, proactive, and organized
- Ability to multi-task and organize large workloads
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and with multiple teams
- Ability to type 35 - 40 words per minute preferred
- Must display professionalism in communication and interaction with internal and external clients
