Job Description:
Provide general company support for a variety of administrative activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional administrative duties. Assist sales and marketing departments with support, reporting, direct mailings, e:marketing campaigns, upload of website images, and preparation of newsletters using FTP or Adobe Dreamweaver. Light physical efforts required with some duties. Required:- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills- Professional, punctual, customer driven.- Well organized, service minded, independent and self:motivated- Able to work with minimum supervision and collectively with team members.- Able to interact and communicate with employees at all levels of the company.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).- U.S. citizen or legal permission for continuous employment in the U.S.- Business School, Associates Degree or equivalent- Three to four years related experiencePreferred experience and proficiency of the following:- Social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.- Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Primarily Illustrator and Photoshop, some Dreamweaver and InDesign).- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (Creating and Updating Interactive PDF forms)- Working knowledge of MS Publisher.- Photography and editing product photos- CRM system for data input such as GoldMine is a Plus- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications (Graphic Design / Advertising) or related field.
