Litigation Office Clerk Position Description: General clerical support including: data base utilization including pulling relevant records from various company applications; supporting consumer litigation and claims by gathering vehicle and owner information; assist resource library clerk with document requests; working to produce relevant documents as requested by case hanlder, legal assistant or outside counsel; handle large photocopy jobs; support discovery verification process; support e-room and share point sites; assist with miscellaneous discovery projects.
