Job Summary
Under general direction, provides direct care to patients utilizing the nursing process. Guides and supervised nursing personnel, effective in role of charge nurse or resource person, collaborates with other health care professionals, and coordinates ancillary staff. Functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the Hospital and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
Minimum Job Descriptions
Education: Associates Degree, Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, if ADN or Diploma has goal of completing BSN.
Licensure: RN in the State of Michigan
Skills and Abilities: Basic nursing skills, 2 years experience in specialty area
