ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintain active patient prescription files, archive inactive patient files and other pharmacy documents as required
? Run daily pharmacy order reports
? Monitor daily pick plans and router emails
? Print/collate prescription labels and prepare orders for pharmacist check
? Communicate with HCS Homecare Services to resolve issues with prescription retrieval, delivery address discrepancies, patient name changes, etc.
? Maintain QS1 pharmacy system including daily pharmacy audits, daily backups and software update downloads
? Field calls from HCS for verbal and print Rx forms for pharmacist
? Maintain current SOP manual and documentation of training
? Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? High School diploma, GED or equivalent
? Hold current Pharmacy Technician certificate
