Contributes to and implements established HR strategy for assigned locations/organizations.’Employee Relations: Successfully addresses Employee Relations matters developing within assigned client groups, partnering with Corporate HR legal and/or appropriate Sr HR Business Partners.HR Services: Collaborates with business clients and shared services HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach; builds management capability through Manager Self Service tools and technology and personal coaching of assigned client managerial staff.Talent Management: Assists with talent assessments (skills assessments, 360s, PAs), leadership development and succession planning for assigned client organizations. Supports and facilitates full implementation and utilization of the TMS.Training: Conducts/Facilitates training for associates and managers, primarily relating to programs such as Diversity, Ethics, Harassment, Associate Survey, Behavioral Based Interviewing, Leaders as Coaches, etc. Compensation:  Facilitates administration of key standardized ADP compensation processes including but not limited to annual merit, bonus and equity programs.Talent Acquisition:  Participate in projects to recruit and select the best talent, and be directly involved in selection/promotion of all management personnel within assigned client space. AAP data review, completion, goal creation, and overview shared with leadership team.OD Consulting: Maintains organizational effectiveness through ongoing organizational design, analysis and implementation, and change management consulting. M&A and Divestitures- Assists with field based HR assessment, planning and implementation in support of M&A and/or divestiture activity occurring in assigned client organizations.Diversity and Inclusion – Supports the organizational efforts to identify high potential individuals, raise awareness to the ongoing outreach and community efforts.
