I only recently purchased this as an alternative to heating my stove's oven for energy savings when just wanting to make bruschetta or baked potatoes. Up to this time, it had only been used for the bruschetta. However, it saved our Valentine's dinner. We lost electric Valentine's night. That is not a problem as we have a whole house generator, but my oven is electric and is not on the generator. Not only did this little oven cook the two ramekins of scalloped potatoes, the two beef wellingtons just fit the tray and came out perfectly cooked. I set the potatoes on top of the oven to keep warm while the wellingtons cooked.
Pros It comes to temperature quickly and does a good job of maintaining it.

I've been looking for a small black toaster oven to fit on an 18" counter next to my stove. The few that I've seen have been cheap and flimsy. This one is sturdy, has a nice finish, comes with a heavy-duty tray, the door has a nice hinge that doesn't slam shut, and it toasts things evenly. Even though it is small, it has plenty of room inside. It is just what I've been looking for, and I would highly recommend it. I've always been pleased with cook's products.
