Summary
As a Customer Relationship Analyst (CRA) applicants must be self-motivated,have a strong work ethic,communication skills and project a professional company image through virtual interactions.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer requests.
2. Provide customers with product and service information.
3. Identify, research and resolve customer issues.
4. Follow-up on customer inquires.
5. Complete call log and reports.
6. other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirement
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications(Excel,Word,PowerPoint and One Note)as well as web based programs and the ability to learn new software quickly.
4. Flexible with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
5. Strong work ethic,punctuality and consistent work attendance.
6. Call center or customer service experience a plus
7. Reliable internet service

9. A quiet work environment
10. Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
