Three year old German Shepherd mix in Detroit, Michigan For Sale

We are moving and can not take him with us. He is extremely well trained. Knows all commands. House Broken, up to date on most shots, neutered, micro-chipped. He is approximately 58 pounds. He is medium sized dog. He knows to go to his room, ( his crate). He can be left out in house without any problems at all. He is an excellent guard dog. He is very protective and sensitive to his property. Will not bite, but is very intimidating. Has been raised with six kids from ages 4 to 14. Has been raised with other dogs as well. Does not leave his yard, knows his boundaries once instructed and walked parameter to "this is your yard". No problem with teeth brushing, nail clipping, baths. He is mature and out of the "puppy" stages. He is a very loving dog. He will not jump on furniture unless allowed too. Extremely intelligent, can be taught virtually anything. Plays fetch, sensitive to people in pain or with disabilities, will lay by your feet and walk beside you. Leash trained also. Has not been around cats. If you need him to check outside, look out the windows, go on alert, in case you think you heard something, he has command for that as well. It is heartbreaking as he is a family dog, but we must part with him.
